Tukaatu Community Safety & Chat Policy

Tukaatu is committed to providing a safe and respectful community. This policy applies to chat messages and all user-generated content on Tukaatu.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Tukaatu has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

Users must not send, request, post, promote, or share:

  • Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or abusive messages.
  • Threats, violence, or encouragement of dangerous acts.
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content.
  • Sexually explicit, pornographic, exploitative, or non-consensual content.
  • Child exploitation or content that endangers minors.
  • Scams, fraud, spam, phishing, or impersonation.
  • Illegal goods, services, or activities.
  • Private or personal information belonging to another person without permission.
  • Any content that is unlawful, offensive, unsafe, or harmful.

Report and Block

If you encounter abusive, unsafe, or objectionable content, use the Report option in the app. Please select the reason that best describes the issue and provide details where possible.

You can also use Block User from the chat menu. Once blocked, that user can no longer send you messages through Tukaatu.

Moderation and Enforcement

Tukaatu may use automated tools, user reports, and human review to identify and moderate objectionable content.

We review reports promptly. Content or accounts that violate this policy may be removed, restricted, suspended, or permanently terminated. Tukaatu may report unlawful activity to relevant authorities when appropriate.
