Tukaatu Terms of Use

Terms governing your access to and use of the Tukaatu mobile application, website, messaging services, and related services.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Tukaatu mobile application, website, messaging services, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, accessing chat, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for the information and activity associated with your Tukaatu account. Keep your account credentials secure and do not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes.

2. Community Safety and User Content

Tukaatu has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

You must not create, upload, post, list, send, request, promote, or otherwise share content that includes:

  • Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or abuse.
  • Threats of violence, encouragement of violence, or dangerous acts.
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content.
  • Sexually explicit, pornographic, exploitative, or non-consensual content.
  • Child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, grooming, or content that endangers minors.
  • Scams, fraud, impersonation, misleading offers, spam, or phishing.
  • Illegal goods, services, or activities.
  • Content that infringes privacy, intellectual-property rights, or other legal rights.
  • Any other content that is offensive, unsafe, unlawful, or violates our Community Safety Policy.

3. Moderation, Reporting, and Blocking

Tukaatu may use automated tools, user reports, and human review to identify, filter, restrict, remove, or otherwise moderate objectionable content.

Users can report content or users through the Report option in the app. Users can block abusive users through the Block User option in chat. Blocking prevents further messaging between blocked parties.

We review reports promptly and may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, permanently terminate accounts, or report unlawful activity to relevant authorities where appropriate.

4. Enforcement

If you violate these Terms or our Community Safety Policy, Tukaatu may remove content, limit access to features, suspend or terminate your account, and preserve or disclose information where required by law.

5. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms means that you accept them.
