Since our platform offers store owners to own their seller stores at Tukaatu, they are the ones who decide whether the product can be returned and exchanged or not. As the company, we have divided a section where in every product has a timeline to exchange and return starting from 3 days to 15 days (depending on seller stores policies) and which is transparent to see on every products of our platform.
• To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• Your item must be in the original packaging
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
• The new item should be equal to or more in cost than the item you would like to exchange with.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you either as a voucher or other mediums and you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on our seller store’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
