By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your Profile. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to or you can change it directly from your profile by logging into it.
The maximum time our delivery partner Tukaatu Express takes to deliver is 3 working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.

In the event of damaged items received, we will require photo proof of the affected samples and your D.O (Delivery Order) in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the item to you at no cost, subject to availability. 2. In the event of lost item, our delivery partner will try to locate the delivery team in Tukaatu Express and if there's a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we'll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.
Well, we can’t say for sure. Since the products at Tukaatu Stores are added by stores owners who own their stores at Tukaatu, they will be mentioning it on the product you buy which is visible in any products on our platform.
